- Part-time assistant to MP Steve McCabe (PPS to Home Secretary, Charles Clarke)
- Working directly to Mr McCabe, 20 hours/week, 2 or 3 days/week

- In charge of establishing a profile of Mr McCabe’s opponent’s policies
