EggPlant Cold Soup, with Ginger Soul and Mint Snow

Special recipe for all eggplant addicts:
1 - Pick up one large eggplant a piece of ginger and cut them both in very thin slices;
2 - Slice the eggplant in 3 mm slices and the ginger in 0,5 mm, and prepare a lasagna shape sandwich, wrapping it-up in plastic film;
3 - Take it to the micro-oven for 15m;
4 - Add the lasagna with 5 ml of port Wine and 125ml of cream, salt and lots of 5 colours pepper;
5 - Mix-it all up until you get a creamy liquid;
6 - Serve it with dusted fresh mint, leaving it fall as if it was snow;
if the texture lokks too thick, add boiling water;
Prepare yourself for a wowish night;
